A tribute to nature, inspired by British Gardens
The Carlton Tower Jumeirah in Knightsbridge created an exciting new taken on Afternoon Tea experience, inspired by the botanics and flora of iconic British Gardens.
The Afternoon Tea offers a non-traditional menu with unexpected pairings, beginning with savouries, a selection of 4 scones with matching preserves and concluding with a beautiful array of patisseries and cakes.
Each piece is a sophisticated display of flavour, taking the guests on a surprising journey through The Carlton Tower pastry world. Working with seasonal, locally sourced produce, the new menu explores and celebrates the best ingredients available in England and is a tribute to nature.
A Tribute To Nature At The Carlton Tower is served in their new pop up The Chinoiserie Tea Room. It is available daily starting at 12pm with the last sitting at 5pm, at the price of £75 per person
