Executive Pastry Chef Lorena has created a seasonal Afternoon Tea menu featuring a selection of savoury sandwiches, including John Ross Jnr smoked salmon and trout mousse, roast beef with celeriac remoulade, and free-range egg with chive. Sweet treats include a colourful collection of cakes and pastries inspired by summer flavours, alongside freshly baked plain and cheese brioche scones served with jam and clotted cream.
