One of Leeds' most sought after locales, Issho have now unveiled their Afternoon Tea menu with a Japanese twist. It's the brainchild of Head Chef Weike Zhao who brings culinary expertise to an authentic taste of the orient.
Issho - taken from the Japanese word for 'together' - features a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city. Revel in the lush greenery, open kitchen and unfussy yet modern furnishings.
Japan has a rich tea-drinking culture rivalling that of England and guests can upgrade to a free-flowing Prosecco package for the full five star treatment. Feast on both savoury and sweet dishes, from gorgeous pastel Temari sushi balls, seabass drizzled in a citrus Ponzu sauce and delicious sweet treats like chocolate and matcha brownies, amongst others.
Leeds Train Station is just a short walk away with regular transport links.
Afternoon Tea is served 12pm to 3pm Friday and Saturday and 11am to 4:30pm
