Savour a selection of elegant finger sandwiches, freshly baked fruit and plain scones with strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream, and an array of summer-inspired sweet treats including chocolate tea biscuit cake, lemon curd cupcake, apricot Bakewell tart, and fresh strawberries with cream.

For an extra touch of indulgence, guests can add a glass of Prosecco, Nyetimber Sparkling Wine, Billecart-Salmon Champagne, or the refreshing Ultimate Spritz cocktail.

The Summer Afternoon Tea is priced from £42.50 per person.

RAILS Spring menu brings together a culinary map inspired by the iconic railways of the UK, both in its design and its ingredients. The menu design cleverly reflects the geography of the United Kingdom, with each item referencing the region from which its key ingredient or inspiration is drawn. This thematic approach turns the Afternoon Tea into more than just an experience but becomes a tasting journey, celebrating regional delights from across the UK.

Afternoon Tea is served Thursday - Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
