This special Mother's Day Goûtea will include as usual three savouries following for seven sweets which are Cedric Grolet's fruits & flowers signature collection. To celebrate this memorable day, enjoy a glass of Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Rosé and an extra sweet dessert which will be one heart shaped cake for two guests.
The heart shaped cake is made with vanilla financier, raspberry gel, fresh raspberries and raspberry ganache.
