The menu takes inspiration from the unique origins of the De Beers house; quintessentially British, yet deeply rooted in southern Africa. From smoked salmon & Rooibos mackerel pâté to warm Christmas malva pudding - a caramel vanilla cake soaked in toffee - each dish tells a story of artistry, discovery, and celebration.

In collaboration with Fortnum & Mason, the exclusive 1888 Blend Tea, created in honour of the year De Beers was founded, provides a final touch of distinction to this indulgent experience. Additionally, guests can enhance their experience with a choice of Champagne, Sparkling Tea, Beer, Sake, or non-alcoholic pairings.
