Afternoon Tea is served from unique hanging cake stands, allowing guests to enjoy the elegant presentation of delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Cornish clotted cream, strawberry jam, rose petal jelly, and a selection of specially curated pastries. The Rosebery provides a serene and refined atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and indulging in these delectable treats.

The Festive Afternoon Tea menu, crafted by the renowned pastry chef Emmanuel Bonneau, features seasonal delights inspired by his over 30 years of hospitality expertise. Guests can enjoy an array of sandwiches such as Scottish Smoked and Poached Salmon Rillette, Curried Crayfish, Chicken and Confit Gressingham Duck, Homemade Pastrami, Clarence Court Finest Cotswold Egg and Black Truffle, and Smoked Applewood Cheddar and Quince. These are complemented by freshly baked plain and cranberry scones, served with clotted cream and British seasonal jams. The handcrafted pastries include Black Forest Yule Log, Apple Strudel Profiterole, The Bauble, Christmas Tree Gingerbread, and Bavarian ‘Rote Grütze’ Trifle. Additionally, guests can enhance their experience with a choice of Champagne, Sparkling Tea, Beer, Sake, or non-alcoholic pairings.
