Served from a unique hanging cake stands guests can also enjoy delicate finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones with Cornish clotted cream, strawberry jam, rose petal jelly, as well as a selection of specially curated delicate pastries. Guests can choose from a menu of 29 different types of loose-leaf tea and further enhance their Afternoon Tea experience to be accompanied by a choice of Champagne, Sake, Beers, Alsatian Wines or Sparkling Tea pairings.

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Emmanuel Bonneau is a multi-award-winning pastry chef. The excellent quality of his work has earned him many accolades, which include winning Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals in 2018 and the Best Pastry Chef of the Year in 2017.
