The Biltmore has collaborated with Bond Street's Boodles to create a deliciously exquisite afternoon tea inspired by the British jewellers timeless pieces - one not to miss this autumn.

The Afternoon Tea is a visual and culinary tribute to Boodles' illustrious heritage and their renowned creations. Featuring an array of pastries and desserts delicately crafted by The Biltmore's expert pastry chefs, the menu perfectly compliments Boodles' famous pink diamonds.

The cakes take centre stage, with festive desserts such as the snowman, with ivoire chocolate and coconut mousse, kumquats compote, pistachio marshmallow and pistachio sable. The Golden Bell is filled with jivara chocolate ganache montee, candied chestnut and spiced sponge.

Guests can also savour the selection of innovative seasonal sandwiches and savoury items including roast Laurel Turkey with Christmas stuffing on cranberry & blueberry bread, and parmesan sable fois gras mousse and sesame tuille.
