Curated art from Louise Bourgeois adorns the walls and floor to ceiling windows, with their stained-glass accents by Jean-Michel Othoniel, give you the perfect vantage point to watch the world of Mayfair go by. Then, it’s time to open the menu – its playful illustrations by Jean Jullien hinting at the bold flavours and witty surprises soon to unfold.
