Conrad London St. James's signature InfiniTEA afternoon tea welcomes a special collaboration with Fiona Cairns — the renowned cake designer celebrated for her handcrafted creations and royal commissions, including the wedding cake of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Her exquisite selection of seasonal cakes adds an artistic and elegant twist to each tier.

Served on Wedgwood’s iconic Wild Strawberry fine bone china, the experience includes classic finger sandwiches, warm scones fresh from the oven, and a curated menu of sweet delights designed by Fiona herself.

As the festive season continues into January, The Orchard Room invites you to celebrate the joy of Christmas with a beautifully curated Festive InfiniTEA Afternoon Tea. This indulgent experience captures the spirit of the season through elegant flavours and timeless tradition.

Savour a selection of delicate finger sandwiches, including Coronation turkey and Christmas ham with brie and cranberry. The festive sweet tier delights with exquisite creations such as the Gift Box with chai mousse with pear, quince compote, and white chocolate; Santa’s Hat with spiced chocolate crémeux, pavlova, and tonka bean mousse; Christmas Tree with pistachio financier with cherry compote and yoghurt chantilly; and Reindeer Mont Blanc with blackcurrant jam, marron glaze, and chestnut cream.
