To be enjoyed in Ginger Lily Lounge, you enjoy this menu daily from 1pm - 4pm, served in two sittings; 1pm and 3pm.

The menu begins with a seasonal amuse-bouche; a spiced parsnip velouté and a pork & apricot sausage roll, followed by a selection of festive finger sandwiches. Perfectly fitting to the season, plain and gingerbread scones follow, served with Cornish clotted cream, strawberry preserve and orange marmalade. 

Indulge in beautifully designed festive desserts including a Christmas Present Cremeux, made with mulled 'wine', redcurrant & Christmas spices; Bobble Hat Mousse, with toasted coconut, Caraïbe 66% chocolate and sea salt, and a Christmas Pudding Macaron with brandy buttercream and a spiced fruit caramel.
