Palm Court's glass-domed ceiling and Venetian chandelier provide a relaxed yet grand setting beneath the green palm trees. During Afternoon Tea, live harp music from the balcony fills the air with gentle melodies, creating a serene atmosphere.

The Afternoon Tea menu, fit for royalty, includes 88 loose-leaf teas, poured tableside during the tea-pouring ceremony performed by their skilled team. Among the menu items are savouries such as whipped Lanark Blue, ruby grapes, and pine nut tarts, as well as roast Ayrshire ham sandwiches, warm scones, and decadent handcrafted cakes. 
 
A selection of Champagnes are also available that will add a touch of elegance to the experience, alongside seasonal drinks such as iced teas, specialty coffees, and bubble tea.
