About
Originally opened in 1903, Mackintosh at the Willow is a culturally significant building that has underwent a 4 year restoration process to restore it to its former glory, providing suitably traditional surroundings to indulge in Afternoon Tea.
Afternoon Tea is served in the Tea Rooms, and it is the only surviving Tea Rooms designed by the famous Charles Rennie Mackintosh, who created it for local entrepreneur and patron Miss Kate Cranston.
Mackintosh at The Willow are currently serving a classic Afternoon Tea menu with a modern twist, featuring delights such as White Chocolate & Cherry Delice, Pumpkin Tart and Chocolate Orange & Ginger Macaron. Guests feeling in a decadent mood can upgrade to add prosecco, gin, whisky or Champagne.
Set in the heart of the vibrant city of Glasgow, Mackintosh at The Willow is just a short walk away from the Glasgow School of Art and Queen Street station.
