Enjoy a special Festive Afternoon Tea in the impressive surroundings of Fairmont St Andrews, avaliable from 5th December 2024 - 1st January 2025

Offering an afternoon sweet treat in St Andrews with glorious views, the Fairmont Festive Afternoon Tea menu has recently been elevated through the addition of special sweet and savoury treats served on two Afternoon Tea trays.

Afternoon Tea is served in the Atrium lounge, at the heart of the hotel, which features a lighting sculpture that hangs gracefully above. The 60-metre lighting sculpture, by artist George Singer, is named ‘Zephyr’, which he describes as being inspired by the beautiful rolling hills, the crashing waves on the rugged coastal rocks, the long grasses blowing in the wind and the enormous dramatic skies.

The menu is inspired by the seasonality and readiness of local Scottish produce, with an emphasis on sustainability. The cakes are designed intricately by Executive Pastry Chef Jonathan Belford and the glossy scones have been baked to perfection.

Afternoon Tea is served Thursday to Sunday, from 1pm to 4pm.
