Light is the new top floor restaurant & bar at the Towner Art Gallery in Eastbourne, with the beautiful coastline right on the doorstep.

The restaurant has a contemporary interior, with a room drenched in sunlight. The outside terrace provides stunning views across the town, including views overlooking the tennis courts home to Eastbourne's annual international tournament, featuring some of Wimbledon's stars.

Afternoon Tea is served in the main restaurant, or on the terrace, perfect for a warm spring or summer afternoon.

The menu changes monthly, and has a Scandinavian influence. Afternoon Tea includes mini Scandinavian-inspired Smørrebrød open sandwiches, mini desserts and scones with jam and cream. Enjoy your Afternoon Tea with tea and coffee, or why not add a glass of sparkling wine to mark the occasion?
