The Montfort at Stanbridge Earls is surrounded by 32 acres of picturesque grounds, just minutes from the market town of Romsey. Formerly a boarding school, The Montfort sits amongst natural woodland, open meadows and ornamental lakes making it perfect for a relaxing Afternoon Tea.

The Montfort Restaurant and Bistro is contemporary with a quintessentially English twist.

Available from 2.30pm until 5pm Monday -Saturday and from 2.30pm - 4pm on Sundays, enjoy a selection of elegant finger sandwiches, scones with jam & clotted cream and an assortment of sweet treats.

Sparkling Afternoon Tea is served from 2.30pm until 5pm Monday -Saturday and from 2.30pm - 4pm on Sundays.

On your visit your Afternoon Tea may be presented a little differently to the images displayed. The venue vary their selection of sweet treats according to seasonality and adapt their offering so that regular guests can look forward to something new each time. They also theme their Afternoon Tea from time to time, so your experience will feel a little more exclusive during events such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Halloween and Christmas.
