This December, embrace the magic of the season at Great Fosters and enjoy a cosy Festive Afternoon Tea beside a roaring fire in the Anne Boleyn Lounge, available from 1st December - 2nd January 2026.

Great Fosters is a Grade 1 listed building set amongst 50 acres of stunning gardens and parkland in Egham, Surrey. Built as a royal hunting lodge in 1550, Great Fosters still possesses a plethora of original details and features including mullioned windows, Jacobean fireplaces, a rare oakwell staircase, authentic tapestries and moulded ceilings - a perfect setting to enjoy a quintessential Afternoon Tea.

The festive menu features a range of seasonal sandwiches including turkey and sage mayonnaise on basil bread and cricket St Thomas English brie and cranberry, followed by plain and white chocolate and dried cranberry scones. Sweet highlights include traditional Christmas cake and a deliciously spiced apple crumble tart — a true seasonal treat.

Festive Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12pm - 4pm.
