Located in Ware, Hertfordshire on 200 acres of beautiful countryside, Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club was built in the Jacobean style by Edmund Hanbury in 1890, sparing no expense on a home for his new bride. A further wing was added 60 years later when the house became a convent and boarding school. In 1990, it opened as a hotel and country club.
