In official partnership with the Roald Dahl Story Company, children can enjoy a delicious Matilda Afternoon Tea experience at The Ickworth.
The Afternoon Tea experience has been lovingly crafted to celebrate the magical foodie moments from the Matilda story, allowing younger diners to share in all the surprise and delight of the tale together and create wonderful family memories. Highlights include an interactive Blueberry Newt Cookie and Bruce Bogtrotter's Chocolate Cake.
The Afternoon Tea is served alongside Matilda themed activity sheets for children to enjoy during service, or to continue the experience at home.
Sitting on the edge of Bury St. Edmunds, Ickworth House is a neoclassical country house boasting picturesque garden views. Formerly home to the Hervey family, the East Wing at The Ickworth has now been transformed into one of the most remarkable, family-friendly hotels the UK has ever seen.
