Served in Fitz’s Brasserie, The Tea Behind the Titanic features a curated selection of handmade finger sandwiches, signature pastries and freshly baked scones, inspired by the grandeur of the ship’s first-class dining saloon and the Brasserie’s distinctive architecture.

A cherished Bloomsbury tradition since the 19th century, Afternoon Tea is reimagined with a contemporary twist. Both the hotel’s dining room and the RMS Titanic’s first-class saloon were designed by architect Charles Fitzroy Doll, whose distinctive vision brought elegance and opulence to the golden age of ocean travel. Guests are invited to discover this fascinating piece of history while savouring a timeless ritual shaped by Bloomsbury’s creative spirit.

Inspired by Edwardian flavours and Doll’s architectural legacy, the menu blends historic influences with contemporary craftsmanship, complemented by your choice of Champagne, artisanal tea or specially crafted cocktails. Halal, gluten-free and vegan menus are also available.

Kimpton Fitzroy London also offers a Children's Afternoon Tea for children aged 11 and under, priced at £24 per child. The menu features handmade finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, sweet treats and a choice of juice.
