About
NoMad London has launched its first Afternoon Tea, honouring the timeless British tradition with a whimsical NoMad twist. Guests can expect elevated finger sandwiches, a selection of scones and an artful composition of sweets, served alongside a tea-inspired cocktail menu
The elegant hotel located inside the historic, Grade II-listed building famously known as The Bow Street Magistrates' Court and Police Station in Covent Garden. Set inside a lushly landscaped atrium with a soaring glass ceiling, The NoMad Restaurant is flooded with natural light providing energy and liveliness during the day, the perfect setting for Afternoon Tea
The menu includes three courses: savoury sandwiches such as the Egg Salad with Black Truffle and Chive, and a nod to NoMad's New York roots with the Pastrami, Daikon & Mustard sandwich. Alongside the sandwich selection, NoMad’s pastry chef, Martha Hernandez, has created exquisite dessert offerings including the Ceremonial Matcha & Yuzu cake, and Apricot & Almond Salted Caramel Tart. An indulgent assortment of scones include the rich Rum Currant & Orange Zest and the savoury Blue Cheese with Sage. Afternoon Tea is also served with a selection of teas from London’s own Rare Tea Company.
Located in the heart of Covent Garden, NoMad London is just a short walk from Covent Garden Underground Station.
