From 6th March, we welcome the arrival of our Spring & Summer Afternoon Tea, a seasonal expression inspired by lightness, balance, and the gentle transition into early summer. Thoughtfully crafted,  the new menu celebrates delicate textures, vibrant flavours, and refined presentation, using carefully selected ingredients that reflect the freshness of the season.

Guests can expect a harmonious progression of classic finger sandwiches, freshly baked plain and fruit scones served with Dorset clotted cream and preserves, followed by an elegant selection of spring-inspired sweets — all designed to be enjoyed at an unhurried pace. The experience may be complemented with a glass of Lanson Le Black Reserve Champagne or Saicho Sparkling Tea, offering a contemporary alternative to the traditional pairing.
