Jumeirah Carlton Tower unveils a limited-edition Couture Confection for Mother’s Day in collaboration with Nada Ghazal Fine Jewellery, available Sunday 15th March 2026. A limited-edition cake inspired by Nada Ghazal’s ‘My Muse’ collection brings together fine jewellery and pâtisserie artistry.

This Mother’s Day, Jumeirah Carlton Tower invites guests to celebrate femininity, colour, and flavour through a collaboration with Lebanese jewellery designer Nada Ghazal. For Ghazal, the collaboration carries deep personal resonance, shaped by cherished childhood memories of visiting The Carlton Tower in the 1980s with her parents. Today, as a long-standing member of the Knightsbridge community, her boutique on Pont Street sits just a three-minute walk from the hotel – making this creative return both meaningful and nostalgic.

Bringing together the artistry of fine pâtisserie with the craftsmanship of contemporary jewellery design, the collaboration introduces a limited-edition cake inspired by Ghazal’s ‘My Muse’ collection.

Created by fellow Lebanese Martin Haidar, Executive Pastry Chef at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, the bespoke cake captures Ghazal’s distinctive aesthetic through sculptural forms, architectural lines, and a sense of modern femininity. Drawing inspiration from Beirut’s visual tapestry - stone-lined streets to intricate stained-glass rosettes – the design is translated into an exquisite edible creation. On the palate, the flavours evoke the essence of Lebanese spring. Notes of orange blossom and pistachio cream are layered with crisp cashew filo, balancing texture and delicacy to create a refined sensory experience.

This Afternoon Tea is available Sunday 15th March 2026 only, served in in the sun-filled Garden Rooms, offering an indulgent way to celebrate the occasion. The cake is available to purchase separately from Monday 9th March.

Adding an element of surprise, one cake will contain a golden ticket, with the lucky guest winning a bespoke Nada Ghazal jewellery piece, valued at £3,000 - a timeless keepsake designed to be treasured for years to come.
