Inspired by Cadogan Gardens, this Spring & Summer Afternoon Tea menu celebrates seasonality, sustainability, and understated elegance across both savoury and sweet courses.

From 18th - 24th May, guests can enjoy a complimentary Celestial Strawberry Bloom cake.

Inspired by the night sky and the beauty of the season this dessert is designed like a delicate blooming flower.
The deep sky-blue finish reflects the evening sky while hand-layered seasonal strawberries create soft floral petals on top, fresh elderflower and jasmine blossoms add a light botanical touch, celebrating the elegance of an English spring garden.

Inside, soft vanilla sponge is layered with smooth elderflower vanilla cream and a fresh seasonal strawberry centre with a light jasmine flavour. Fresh, floral, and delicate, this dessert is inspired by the beauty of spring flowers and the elegant atmosphere of the Chelsea Flower Show.

Each moment at the table becomes a quiet homage to Cadogan Gardens, a celebration of craft, harmony, and the timeless cycle of the seasons. Expect a selection of finely cut finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones served warm with seasonal preserves, and an array of handcrafted pastries that highlight light floral notes and subtle citrus accents.

Served in a calm and intimate lounge space, the experience is designed for unhurried moments, whether marking a special occasion or simply enjoying an afternoon well spent. Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12:30pm with the last sitting at 4pm.
