Located on the second floor, in the heart of Soho’s arts and culture scene, 75 offers a contemporary all-day dining experience that combines destination appeal with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. While the name nods to Liberty’s founding year, 75 is inherently modern.

Our menu celebrates modern British cooking and seasonal ingredients, with savoury bites including Wye Valley asparagus & smoked egg filo tart, crayfish brioche roll with cucumber and dill mayonnaise, goats’ cheese & caramelised onion vol-au-vent, and coronation chicken sandwich with Earl Grey raisins.

For sweet treats, indulge in apricot & lavender buttercream macarons, white chocolate & honey tart with orange blossom, caramelised Yorkshire rhubarb & custard choux, and strawberry & poppy seed pavlova with vanilla cream. Traditional buttermilk fruit and plain scones are served with strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream, alongside your choice of teas, infusions or coffee.
