Piccadilly's iconic hotel, The Dilly, has officially launched it's Classic Afternoon Tea menu, inspired by the people, traditions and flavours woven into British culture, and thoughtfully reimagined for the modern table. This quintessentially British experience, made for slowing down the pace in the heart of London, is served on the newly refurbished Terrace, featuring a glass roof and views overlooking Piccadilly. 

For £49pp, diners can enjoy a selection of homemade sandwiches filled with traditional British flavours, such as Smoked Salmon & Cucumber, Coronation Chicken, Red Leicester & Egg, and Grated Beetroot & Vegan Feta. 

The real tribute to the best of British dining follows with 4 delicate sweet treats, all with their own story. Firstly, a Crunch Milk Chocolate & Earl Grey Delice, inspired by Winston Churchill and the flavours of British Tea. Following this, a Yoghurt Mousse Galette, beautifully presented and resembling the British Apple. The remaining two resemble iconic British cakes: Battenberg and Victoria Sponge, each with their own history and delicious flavours. Accompanying the sweets, are plain and raisin scones, served with decadent clotted cream and strawberry jam. 

The Dilly also offers delicious gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian menus, as well as a children's menu which is priced at £39.
