Situated above London's oldest market place, Roast at Borough Market uses quintessentially British ingredients to create a classic Afternoon Tea that both supports and celebrates Britain’s farmers and producers.

Wherever you sit, there is a view - either into the open kitchen, over Borough Market or across the Thames to St. Paul’s Cathedral.

The Veuve Clicquot Afternoon Tea menu features classic finger sandwiches, including roast signature pork and sage scotch egg with piccalilli sauce and braised beef croquettes. The selection of desserts includes vanilla cheesecake with passion fruit jelly and a rich, indulgent dark chocolate with an orange mousse. It is served alongside a wide selection of teas and infusions, including Roast Special Blend, Earl Grey and Japanese Sencha.

Afternoon Tea is available Monday - Sunday from 11:45am to 5:30pm. Additionally to their standard Afternoon Tea Menu, Roast offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal Afternoon Tea menus. 

Please inform us of all dietary requirements a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Should you require any substitutions or modifications to the items outside our available menus, a £5 per Afternoon Tea charge will be added to your bill.
