Originally used as a seat of government, County Hall was was opened in 1922 by King George V. The building has been restored yet has kept its beautiful architecture including it's original wooden floor and panelling.

The Library offers a range of Afternoon Tea experiences, from Traditional Afternoon Tea serving up classic tradition with a contemporary twist, priced at £70 per person, to free-flowing Afternoon Tea with British sparkling wine priced at £120 per person for ninety minutes. Champagne Afternoon Tea and Gin & Tonic Afternoon Tea are available for £90 per person, or enjoy Library Cocktail Afternoon Tea for £95 per person.
You can also elevate your experience with our Rare and Limited selection of teas. Developed by Tea Maker of London, it offers single-origin and single harvest (micro-batch) from an independent artisan farmer using traditional methods resulting in a sublime tea experience. This is priced at £80 per person.
