This is Afternoon Tea reimagined through a Japanese lens, featuring Nigiri and Sandos (shiso-cured salmon, short rib with yuzu mustard) and delicate sweets, including Yuzu Meringue Tartlets and a Miso Brownie. 

The tea selection includes classic, herbal, and floral blends, with Champagne or sparkling sake upgrades available.
