This Mother’s Day, Pan Pacific London invites guests to treat their mums to an indulgent Spring Afternoon Tea in partnership with Newby Teas, one of the world’s most awarded luxury tea houses. Steeped in spring flavours, the menu showcases seasonal pastries, each thoughtfully complemented by tea-infused palate cleansers and mocktails expertly paired by Newby Tea’s Tea Sommelier.

The exquisite patisseries capture the essence of the season, from Blueberry & Lemon Macarons delivering bright citrus notes and Exotic Mango Mousse combining tropical fruit with a subtle black sesame sable, to Rhubarb Meringue Tart layering tart compote with toasted meringue and Matcha Mousse balancing earthy matcha with strawberry compote and matcha sable.

Every course is guided by expert pairing from our Tea Sommelier, a Jasmine & Lemon palate cleanser refreshes the palate before savoury dishes, while a White Rose infusion accompanies the patisserie course. These are further enhanced by delicate tea mocktails – from cold-brewed High Mountain Oolong with melon and chamomile, to Oriental Sencha with mango, pineapple, and rose syrup – each sip designed to complement flavours of the pastries.

From the first sip to the final bite, every element has been crafted to ensure Mum feels truly spoilt this spring.
