Step right up for a marvelous adventure where spectacle, wonder, and culinary artistry unite to bring the magic of the big top to your table. Inspired by the circus, our Afternoon Tea transforms teatime into a joyful performance of color, flavor, and fun. The show begins with a Parade of Pastries: The Big Top (raspberry and lemon curd mousse), Carousel Macarons in peach and raspberry, The Balancing Nelly (a chocolate cake pop), and the whimsical Bobo the Clown (blackberry and white chocolate cheesecake).
No circus is complete without nostalgia; our Breathtakingly Brilliant Buttermilk Scones take the spotlight, served warm with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry jam. Then comes the Sensationally Splendid Savouries, featuring Cucumber & Herb Cream Cheese with radish, Truffled Egg Mayonnaise on brioche, Goat Cheese and Walnut with roast pepper, and Avocado and Tomato Bruschetta.
