Served within the elegant surroundings of The Nine Elms Bar & Lounge, the experience draws inspiration from the gentle rhythm of flowing water and the beauty of flowers in bloom. Blending timeless British tradition with refined craftsmanship, Ebb & Bloom offers a thoughtfully curated selection of savouries, handcrafted pastries and freshly baked scones, each complemented by an extensive selection of premium JING teas.

The menu begins with a selection of classic finger sandwiches, followed by an assortment of delicate pâtisserie inspired by seasonal flavours, including Earl Grey Chocolate Cake, Lemon Meringue Tart, Strawberry-Rose Choux and the signature Flower Sphere. Freshly baked plain and raisin scones are served with raspberry lychee rose jam, orange marmalade and Cornish clotted cream, completing the traditional afternoon tea experience.

To elevate the occasion, guests may enhance their afternoon tea with a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Champagne for an additional £15 per person, adding a sparkling touch to an afternoon of understated luxury.
