Your Afternoon Tea will be served in the very room that was once the orchid garden of the family who lived here before the hotel. It now gives the tea room its name, and inspires the room decors and the china.
It's the last month before the season turns to enjoy summer's finest selection of sweet and savoury delicacies, including the classics of finger sandwiches and warm scones with clotted cream and jam, with an extensive choice of fine teas to choose from.
Through summer, the Orchid Terrace is open, looking out over the manicured lawns in the afternoon sunshine. Subject to availability, so booking ahead is recommended.
