Visit award winning New Park Hotel for a decadent Beatrix Potter 'Edible Garden' Afternoon Tea and tuck into a delicious array of themed treats.
The New Forest, Britain's newest National Park, was created by William the Conqueror in 1079 as a hunting area. In 1666, King Charles II made New Park Manor, in the heart of this ancient forest, his favourite hunting lodge on his return from exile in France, and his royal coat of arms is displayed prominently above the fireplace.
Indulge in traditional sandwiches and scones, followed by a selection of sweets inspired by the writer, including a mouth-watering Benjamin Bunny carrot cake and Mrs Tiggywinkle's rhubard and custard crunch.
