The Angel Hotel is an AA Four Silver Star hotel located in Abergavenny town centre and was named Hotel of The Year for Wales by The Good Hotel Guide in 2020.

Built in 1829 as a coaching inn, this traditional hotel, decorated with contemporary artworks, is close to Abergavenny Castle and Museum and the beautiful Linda Vista Gardens.

The Wedgewood room is open for exceptional high teas Thursday - Sunday. Each morning the hotel's specialist bakers, inspired by the wonderful Sally Lane, freshly prepare the sandwiches, savouries, cakes and scones ready for the afternoon.

Credit card details are required to confirm reservations and the cancellation policy is 24 hours for tables up to 6 and 1 week for tables of 7 to 10 guests.  Outside of this, cancellations for all or part of your booking will be charged at £40.00 per person.
