Caviar Tea is Fortnum’s newest prestige addition to The Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon - an elevated, savoury-led experience that brings together artisanal miniature crumpets with Golden Oscierta or Beluga caviar, served alongside refined accompaniments including crème fraîche with chives, baked new potatoes and quail eggs.

Each Caviar Tea includes a perfectly paired Fortnum’s tea, with Champagne or Sparkling Tea recommended for an indulgent upgrade.

Celebrating Fortnum’s caviar expertise, craftsmanship and tea heritage, Caviar Tea is designed as a luxurious shared moment - a visually striking, elegant prelude to Afternoon Tea or stand-alone experience.

Caviar Tea is a standalone, pre‑booked menu and does not include Classic Afternoon Tea in its price. Guests are warmly welcomed to stay on for Afternoon Tea afterwards, which will be charged separately, and your table will be secured for you to continue your experience.
