Crafted for the season, it’s a festive celebration of flavours and colours, complete with sweet treats decorated for the occasion -like carrot-topped cakes perfect for Easter bunnies.
The savoury selection includes fresh, vibrant greens, Red Leicester with spring onion on spinach and basil bread, delicate prawn Marie Rose on a brioche bridge roll, and golden spring lamb arancini. Sweet highlights feature elderflower and rhubarb Bakewell tart, rose and raspberry white chocolate delice, spiced carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and a Simnel cupcake.
