About
Inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show 2026, Palm Court at The Langham, London presents the Curious Garden Afternoon Tea, available from 19 May to 20 June.
Rooted in The Curious Garden exhibit and reflecting King Charles III’s passion for nature and sustainable growing, the menu brings the landscape to the table through seasonal, ingredient-led design, from hedgerow elderflower and orchard fruits to urban wildflower honey. Savouries feature delicate botanical touches, from nasturtium paired with aged beef sirloin to smoked Scottish salmon lifted by borage, alongside a courgette and elderflower tartelette.
The pastry selection continues the theme with elegant creations including elderflower syllabub, mascarpone and apple sablé, and a grapefruit, honey and yoghurt tart made with Bermondsey wildflower honey. Served with a curated selection of fine teas, the Curious Garden Afternoon Tea offers a refined seasonal experience.
