In official partnership with the Roald Dahl Story Company, children can enjoy a delicious Matilda Afternoon Tea experience at New Park Manor.
The Afternoon Tea experience has been lovingly crafted to celebrate the magical foodie moments from the Matilda story, allowing younger diners to share in all the surprise and delight of the tale together and create wonderful family memories. Highlights include an interactive Blueberry Newt Cookie and Bruce Bogtrotter's Chocolate Cake.
The Afternoon Tea is served alongside Matilda themed activity sheets for children to enjoy during service, or to continue the experience at home.
The New Forest, Britain's newest National Park, was created by William the Conqueror in 1079 as a hunting area. In 1666, King Charles II made New Park Manor, in the heart of this ancient forest, his favourite hunting lodge on his return from exile in France, and his royal coat of arms is displayed prominently above the fireplace..
